On the evening of November 16, 2014, Richard Lopez, a 29-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, was last seen entering a black Hyundai Sonata outside an Exxon gas station near Interstate 35 and Fair Avenue. Approximately at 7:50 p.m., he was observed getting into the vehicle.
