Felix Ruiz, aged 48, was involved in a tragic domestic incident on September 6, 2016, in Houston, Texas. Ruiz stabbed his common-law wife, Sofia Martinez, to death in front of their six children. Following the attack, Ruiz attempted to take his own life by cutting his neck but was ultimately unsuccessful.
