David T. Martin, a 26-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically killed on August 21, 2007. The incident occurred at the Bavaria Apartments, located on Packard Drive in South Nashville, where Martin was residing at the time. He had just returned home around 11:30 p.m. after picking up a pizza when he was fatally shot. The case has remained unsolved, and for many years his family has been awaiting answers from the investigation.
