Tony Banks, aged 53, was fatally shot on July 15, 2009, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was found at his home, where neighbors reported hearing gunshots. A witness saw an individual fleeing the scene and entering a truck that quickly drove away. The investigation by the Memphis Police revealed signs of a forced entry, including pry marks, and spent shell casings were found at the scene.
