In the early morning hours of Friday, November 13, 2015, a quiet street in Nashville, Tennessee, became the scene of a somber discovery. A resident of Woodale Lane placed a call to authorities at approximately 6:00 a.m. to report a vehicle that was blocking a driveway. When police responded to the scene, they found 28-year-old Charles ‘C-Jay’ Childs Jr. inside the car. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
