In the Oakhaven neighborhood of Memphis on the evening of December 4, 2016, a tragic event marked the city's 206th homicide of the year. Derrick Andra Morrow Jr., a 22-year-old male, was found inside a burgundy Cadillac in the 3200 block of Edgeware around 6:15 p.m.. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
