On July 13, 1998, Armando Casteneda Rojas, aged 29, was found deceased along the I-15 Freeway at Highland Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He had been last seen alive a few days earlier in Lynwood, California. His death was classified as a homicide, and the case remains unsolved to this day. The circumstances around Rojas's death are still unclear, with law enforcement urging anyone with information to come forward.
