On November 5, 2008, 18-year-old Ruben Martinez was shot and killed while walking near Effen Street and Center Street in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, and the suspect responsible for the shooting has not been identified. According to authorities, Martinez was attacked by an unknown individual, and the case has remained unsolved since then.
