Eliseo Salas, an 18-year-old male, was fatally shot on July 15, 2007, in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The incident occurred during a party on London Avenue, where Salas got into an argument with another attendee, described as a Hispanic male. The altercation escalated, leading to Salas being shot and ultimately losing his life.
