Dion McIntosh, aged 28, was fatally shot on March 12, 2008, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The shooting occurred late at night in the 1400 block of Monterey Street on the North Side, just after McIntosh had left the Manteca Bar, a local establishment that had long been associated with incidents of crime.
