In the late hours of a March evening in 2008, tragedy struck on the North Side of Pittsburgh. Dion McIntosh, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot in the chest just as he and his brother were leaving a local establishment. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. at the corner of Monterey and Jacksonia streets.
