Dion McIntosh, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot in the chest just as he and his brother were leaving a local establishment. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. at the corner of Monterey and Jacksonia streets.
According to police reports at the time, an unknown individual opened fire on McIntosh and his 20-year-old brother.
