Theodore D. "Teddy" Parks Jr., a 38-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically passed away on November 27, 2021. Parks was beloved by his family, including his parents, siblings, and his son, Preston. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident in Avalon, a suburb of Pittsburgh.
