In the late hours of a Saturday in November, a community in a suburb of Pittsburgh was shaken by a violent act that ended a life. On November 27, 2021, Theodore D. 'Teddy' Parks Jr., a 38-year-old Caucasian male from Bellevue, was fatally shot.
