On April 6, 2008, tragedy struck in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, when Robert Bullock, a 30-year-old Black male, was found murdered. The city, already grappling with a surge in violent crime, was once again reminded of the human toll behind the statistics. Robert Bullock's life, like so many others, was cut short under violent circumstances that to this day remain unsolved. His body was discovered on the 1300 block of West Williams Street, a quiet neighborhood left shaken by the grim discovery.
