Death by Force

On March 21, 2011, Donnell Neuswan, a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia, was fatally shot inside a cellphone store on Washington Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 6:59 p.m. when two men entered the store, Cellular Inc., and shot Neuswan multiple times in the chest. The assailants fled the scene immediately, and Neuswan was pronounced dead shortly after.
