In the late summer of 2012, a quiet neighborhood in Pittsburgh was rocked by a sudden act of violence that would ultimately claim the life of a 74-year-old man, Lawrence Andrews. On the afternoon of August 15th, Andrews was on East Warrington Avenue when he was the victim of a brutal assault. Police responded to a call and found him unconscious on the ground, suffering from a significant head injury.
