On March 5, 2014, 25-year-old Alberto Hernandez was found suffering from a gunshot wound on the 1400 block of Magee Street in Philadelphia. Responding officers discovered him lying on the sidewalk, and he was transported to Aria Torresdale Hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, Hernandez succumbed to his injuries on March 7, 2014.
