Ronique Felton, aged 21, was shot and killed in the early hours of May 31, 2014, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred at approximately 12:57 a.m. on the 600 block of Spring Garden Street. Philadelphia Police Officers found Ronique lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was quickly transported to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel shortly after arrival.
