Eugene David III, a 19-year-old from Braddock, Pennsylvania, was shot and killed on July 30, 2014, in Pittsburgh's Northview Heights Housing Complex. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Penfort Street, where two groups were reportedly engaged in an argument.
