William McClain, age 50, was a victim of a violent crime in Philadelphia. On August 12, 2013, at approximately 8:52 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to the scene on the 5500 block of Chew Avenue. They discovered McClain inside a gray 2010 Chevy Impala that had crashed into a traffic light pole, with the engine still running.
