Robert Williams, a 28-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on October 11, 2014. The incident occurred around 12:27 a.m. on the 1600 block of North 26th Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene, they found Robert Williams inside a red Nissan, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. He was immediately rushed to Temple University Hospital but was pronounced deceased by medical personnel shortly after arrival.
