On the evening of January 20, 2015, a 56-year-old Black male from East Liberty named Thomas McClelland was shot and killed in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The shooting occurred outside of the Shuman Market, which is located near the intersection of Frankstown and North Homewood Avenues.

According to reports, Mr. McClelland suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the public nature of the location, the investigation into his death has not led to any arrests. The case rema ...
