Andre Robbins, a 35-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on May 19, 2015. The incident took place on the 5700 block of Hadfield Street. At approximately 2:33 p.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to a report of a shooting and found Andre Robbins had been struck by gunfire in the shoulder and wrist. He was quickly transported to Misericordia Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:42 p.m.
