Anthony Celious, a 32-year-old male, was fatally shot on August 17, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The shooting occurred at a residence on the 200 block of West Nedro Avenue around 10:00 p.m. Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Anthony Celious lying on the front steps of the home.
