Manuel Andrade, a 36-year-old man, was shot and killed during a robbery on October 2, 2015, in Philadelphia. The incident took place on the 2100 block of West Master Street around 7:11 p.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found Andrade lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
