Manuel Andrade, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the evening of Friday, October 2, 2015, in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred just before 7:15 p.m. on the 2100 block of West Master Street, only a block away from his home. Andrade was returning from his job as a deliveryman at Flowers & Company in Center City when he was confronted by assailants in what police described as an attempted robbery.
