Marquis Billups-Gosnell, a 21-year-old male, was murdered on November 2, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On the evening of the incident, at approximately 8:37 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a residence located on the 10800 block of Keswick Road. They discovered Billups-Gosnell lying on the front lawn with a gunshot wound to his chest.
