Mustafa Small, aged 30, was shot and killed on April 1, 2016, in Philadelphia. At approximately 3:56 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a shooting at the 2200 block of West Indiana Avenue. They found Mustafa lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries that same afternoon.
