Stephan Allen, a 27-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on June 11, 2016. The incident occurred around 2:03 a.m. on the 6100 block of Bayton Street, where Philadelphia Police officers responded to a report and found Allen in the driver's seat of a 2015 Chrysler MDL 200. He had suffered a gunshot wound to his left side, and despite medical personnel arriving at the scene, he did not survive.
