Death by Force

Jose Armenta Garcia, 39, was shot and killed on June 14, 2007, in San Diego, California. The incident took place in Oak Park at Bayview Heights Place. According to reports, officers were dispatched to the area after receiving a call about gunfire. When officers arrived, they learned that Garcia had already been transported to Paradise Valley Hospital by someone who was at the scene. Unfortunately, Garcia was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
