Jerrill Curtis, aged 25, was shot on November 15, 2016, in Philadelphia. The shooting occurred on the 2100 block of West Indiana Avenue around 3:20 p.m. Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene to find Jerrill suffering from a gunshot wound to his back. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital in critical condition. Despite medical intervention, Jerrill succumbed to his injuries later that night.
