Do you know who murdered Heriberto?
On August 16, 1986, Heriberto Ruiz was fatally shot outside a bar located at 4002 E. 11th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident began when words were exchanged between a group of three to four individuals and the bar owner. During the confrontation, one of the individuals shot Ruiz, who was standing outside the bar. He died at the scene from a gunshot wound. Despite investigations, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests were made at the time.
