On November 15, 2013, 74-year-old Gynette Tucker was found dead in her home in northwest Oklahoma City. Police conducted a welfare check after concerns were raised, and her body was discovered at around 9 a.m. The authorities initially found no obvious cause of death, but the Medical Examiner later determined that Tucker had suffered fatal trauma, leading investigators to classify her death as a homicide.
