In the autumn of 2016, the life of 67-year-old Lamar Moses, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. On the evening of Saturday, October 8th, a sense of unease led to a welfare check at a residence in the southern part of the city. What was discovered inside would mark the city's 65th homicide of the year.
