Tyree Ivy, a 19-year-old Black man from northeast Oklahoma City, was known in his community as a local high school football player, a running back for Oklahoma Centennial High School’s team and a member of the class of 2016, moving through the world with the plans and promise of a teenager who had only just finished school.
