Delores McClain, a 67-year-old woman, was tragically murdered in Cincinnati, Ohio, on January 8, 1979. Her body was discovered at 27 Craft Street, marking the scene of a brutal double homicide, which also claimed the life of her neighbor, Charles Brothers. McClain was last seen alive on January 5, 1979, when she mentioned plans to withdraw a substantial amount of money and visit someone in the hospital.
