On October 29, 1983, 74-year-old Joseph Scuro was fatally shot during a robbery in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place at 907 West Broad Street, and Scuro sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Mt. Carmel West Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. Despite the efforts of law enforcement, the case remains unsolved, and there have been no known suspects arrested in connection with the crime.
