On November 1, 2022, Allen Mullins, a 53-year-old man from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound. Mullins was involved in an altercation with Rickey Mackey, 36, on the Near East Side of Columbus. The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m. on Harvard Avenue, and Mullins drove himself to Ohio State University East Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
