Wai Keung Tsang, a 43-year-old part-time unlicensed cab driver, was killed on April 11, 2007, in San Francisco, California. Tsang was working as a driver at the time of his death when he was shot at around 11:25 PM on Santiago Street near 30th Avenue in the Sunset District. After being shot, Tsang attempted to continue driving but ultimately crashed into the garage of a home at Santiago and 29th Avenue, where he struck a water heater that ignited a fire.
