Kevin Evans, a 23-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically murdered on December 6, 1988. The incident took place at 694 E. Morrill Avenue, apartment J, in Franklin County. Evans suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Columbus Police Department investigated the crime, but it remains unsolved, with no suspect identified or significant leads coming forward over the years.
