On August 28, 1989, Mark Steadman, an 18-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was found dead at his apartment on 1197 Fair Avenue, Apt. A. Steadman suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head, leading to his death at the scene. The Columbus Police Department handled the initial investigation, but despite efforts to uncover what led to this tragic event, the case has remained unsolved for decades.
