Kahlee Beard, a 30-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was killed on January 21, 2012, following a fight. The incident occurred during an altercation, after which someone pulled out a gun. Kahlee was shot, and the case led to charges against Robert M. Harris II and Kevin Harrington. Harris reached a plea deal with prosecutors in 2014 and was sentenced to 18 years to life in prison, while Harrington was sentenced to 10 years.
