Dennis Leon Harris, a 21-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed outside the Fifth Quarter Lounge on Ashland Avenue in Toledo, Ohio, on January 31, 1991. The incident occurred after an altercation erupted inside the bar, leading to gunfire as patrons and staff attempted to break up the fight.
