On May 24, 1991, fifty-eight-year-old Elwyn Warner was found dead in his home at 4031 Forest Edge in Columbus, Ohio. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and despite initial investigations, no definitive cause of death has been determined. The case has been classified as a homicide, and it remains unsolved to this day.
