On July 20, 2008, 28-year-old Andre Darel Gorsuch was shot and killed in San Diego, California. The incident occurred around 9:17 p.m. in the Emerald Hills neighborhood on Bollenbacher Street. Gorsuch and a companion had just arrived at the location and were standing near his vehicle when a dark-colored SUV approached.
