Aaron Cowan

Aaron Cowan, aged 17, was shot and killed on November 9, 1996, in Lima, Ohio. The incident occurred outside of a residence at 762 South Union Street, where Cowan was attending a party. At approximately 12:50 a.m., multiple rounds were fired toward the house, and Cowan, who had been standing outside, was struck by gunfire and died at the scene.
