Edward Eugene Henry III, a 29-year-old African American male from Lima, Ohio, tragically died on August 18, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center. His death was the result of a shooting incident at the Lima Estates Apartments on East Fourth Street. The incident was part of a drug turf war in the area.

Two individuals, Devonte M. Andrews and Terry Williams, were charged with murder in connection to Henry's death. Andrews, who was 22 years old at the time, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaugh ...
