On January 21, 1998, Barrington Burton, a 34-year-old man, was shot while exiting the V.I.P. Lounge, a club located at 2545 Petzinger Road in Columbus, Ohio. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene, and the case was subsequently classified as a homicide. The Columbus Police Department has been investigating the incident, but despite their efforts, the murder of Barrington Burton remains unsolved.
