Daniel Gomez, a 33-year-old man from San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2008. The incident occurred around 8:40 PM on Sunnydale Avenue, in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Gomez was with three other people near Sawyer Street when an altercation led to him being chased by an assailant to the 1400 block of Sunnydale, where he was fatally shot.
