Jeff Thomas, a 33-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, was murdered on August 26, 2003, in what was determined to be a meticulously planned "murder-for-hire" operation. The motive for the crime revolved around Thomas's involvement as a police informant and connections to individuals involved in drug trafficking. The plan was devised by Justin Bach, who hired Kevin Hubbard to carry out the murder for a payment of $40,000. Hubbard, along with Schawn Little, lured Thomas to Dayton under the pretense of ...
