On October 31, 2014, 26-year-old Travis Foley was found dead in Dayton, Ohio, in what authorities have classified as a homicide. At around 12:53 p.m., Dayton Police responded to reports of an unresponsive man found lying in an alley behind Brooklyn Avenue, near West Second Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Foley with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the authorities. The Dayton Police Department and homicide detectives began investigating, and Lt.
