On March 13, 2008, Bert J. Small, a 42-year-old man, was found dead from a gunshot wound in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred on the 400 block of Berkley Road in Franklin County. Small was shot in the chest, and despite immediate response from law enforcement, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
