On June 27, 2009, 30-year-old Harris Fullbright was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The incident occurred around 3:00 a.m. near the intersection of Ellis and Jones streets. Fullbright was reportedly involved in a dispute with an unknown individual just before the shooting took place. He was found fatally wounded at the scene, and despite swift response from emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries.
